How fast is the turnaround?
OSCO EXPRESS produces your order in 48 hours, with production running Monday through Friday.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum. You can order anywhere from 1 to 50 shirts.
What shirts do you print on?
We print on the Tultex 202 — a 100% cotton, unisex t-shirt — available in 8 colors: Black, White, Navy, Royal, Heather Gray, Red, Green, and Orange.
What print method do you use?
We use DTF (direct-to-film) printing, which produces full-color prints with no setup fees.
What does it cost?
Pricing is instant and per-piece right in the calculator. There are no setup fees, and a small upcharge applies to sizes 2XL and up.
Where are you located and do you ship?
We are located in Oklahoma City. Local pickup is free, and we offer flat-rate shipping anywhere in the United States.
What about orders over 50 shirts or other garments?

What file types and artwork quality do you need?
You can upload PNG, JPG, TIFF, BMP, WebP, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD files. When you upload, the system automatically checks the resolution (DPI) and print width — 300 DPI or higher is ideal for the sharpest print. Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF scale to any size without losing quality.
